Most Important Things in a Job

What are the most important things in a job? There is no right answer, of course. Here's a list of common things (in no particular order)  that people generally talk about as being important.

1.  Pay
2. Location
3. Organization
4. Culture
5. Opportunity for growth
6. Trust
7. Employee friendly
8. Work life balance
9. Flexible timings
10. Satisfaction

Apparently, there's some data available on what millennials look for in a job too.
